Red Carpet People Return & Refund Policy

At Red Carpet People, we are committed to providing you with high-quality fashion and lifestyle products that bring joy to your wardrobe and home. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we want to make the return and refund process as easy and hassle-free as possible.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unused, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • Jewellery, Bridal Lehenga, Sherwani, and Sleepwear: These categories are eligible for return only if the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery.
  • For Footwear: The product must be in new, unused condition, and the packaging must be intact.
  • Season’s Collection: Returns for sale or discounted items are not accepted, unless the item is defective.

2. Non-returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons or other limitations. These include:

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Personalized or customized products.
  • Beauty products once opened.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered after delivery.
  • Underwear and sleepwear (unless defective).

3. How to Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Red Carpet People account.
  2. Go to the Order History section.
  3. Select the item(s) you wish to return and click Return.
  4. Fill out the return form with the reason for the return.
  5. Once your return request is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to send the item back.

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • For orders paid via COD (Cash on Delivery), refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as per your preference.
  • Please note, the shipping charges are non-refundable, and the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer unless the product is damaged or faulty.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. However, if you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please return the original product and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, providing photos of the issue. We will process your return or refund as soon as possible and offer a replacement or full refund.

7. Special Collections

  • Wedding Collection (Bridal Lehenga & Sherwani): Returns and refunds are allowed for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect. Please ensure that you double-check your measurements before purchasing.
  • Office Wear and Festive Collection: If the fit or style of your product doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return the item within 15 days, provided it is unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition.
